TIMETRAVELLER APPLICATION

Timetravellers are people who have the money, fame, or connections in the future to be relocated
to the past.  Generally the more money/famous they are in the future the nicer the selection of
relocation is.  When relocated, however, memories are supressed (not wiped).  New memories are
reprogrammed into the person.  Identies are created and spliced around the globe to reflect
their presence.  Travellers are generally allowed to pick the time frame they can relocate to
and Willington County in the late 1960's is a popular choice so this FFBI Agency is heavily populated.

Travellers know they cannot leave Willington County, ever, for fear of creating time paradoxes.
All Travellers are electronically tagged and monitored at all times.  If they ever breach
security they are to be captured at all costs and terminated if the situation calls for it.
Travellers generally live their lives as normal residents of Willington County, often moved
in from far away places.  They are not to have contact with FFBI Agents and should not be aware of
their existance.  Many Travellers move in as families with matching memories assigned to them all.

Often it is these Travellers who are the most suspicious of government conspiracies and 
UFOs (and abductions).  Second generation Travellers (children born in the 1960's to parents
from the future) are tagged at birth and monitored into adulthood.  They are worldtravellers
and an agency exists to track them.  Generally they are reprogrammed later in life so they have
no desire to leave their home town (the consequences of letting them interfere with normal
evolution is too great to let them go free).  Because of future changes most children born
of travellers die very young anyway.
